Purpose of Submission

All projects submitted to SPN Productions (“SPN”) are submitted for review and consideration purposes only. Submission of any materials does not constitute an offer, agreement, or commitment by SPN to select, produce, develop, finance, represent, distribute, or otherwise exploit any submitted project.

 

SPN makes no guarantees of selection, production, development, financing, representation, distribution, or future collaboration as a result of submission.

Submission Fees & Payment Terms

Each submission fee applies to one (1) project only.

Multiple projects require separate submissions and separate payments.

​

Duplicate or multiple submissions associated with a single payment will not be reviewed.

 

All submission and feedback fees are non-refundable once review has commenced.

Feedback Terms (If Applicable)

For submissions that include the Submission + Written Feedback tier, SPN agrees to provide written feedback within the stated timeframe.

All feedback is provided solely for educational and informational purposes and reflects subjective opinions based on creative, technical, and narrative considerations at the time of review.

​

Feedback does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or production advice and does not imply endorsement, approval, or intent by SPN to pursue the submitted project.

​

Receipt of feedback does not guarantee selection, production, development, financing, or distribution.

​

No Confidential or Fiduciary Relationship

Submission of materials does not create a confidential, fiduciary, partnership, agency, or contractual relationship between the submitter and SPN.

SPN does not assume responsibility for protecting the confidentiality of submitted materials. Submitters are solely responsible for securing any necessary copyright, trademark, or intellectual property protections prior to submission.

Intellectual Property

Submitters retain all ownership rights to their submitted materials.

By submitting materials, the submitter represents and warrants that they own or control all rights necessary to submit the project and that submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Review Process

SPN reviews submissions internally at its sole discretion. SPN is not obligated to provide feedback, updates, or responses beyond what is included in the selected submission tier.

​

SPN reserves the right to decline review of any submission that does not comply with these Terms of Submission.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a project to SPN Productions and completing payment, the submitter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Submission in full.
